Fur Linings Are Artificial
We use faux fur lining for all products wherever required. In some countries and a few states, it is banned to import/export original fur. The custom department might also charge/fine customers for importing original fur. Custom fees are very high, this is the reason for using only faux fur linings to protect our customers from any illegal activity.
No Refund & Exchange for Wrong Size Selection
In case you selected an incorrect size or paid for custom sizing, and your given sizes and measurements don’t fit you on acquiring the product, then you cannot be nominated to receive any refund or return facility from us. We are entitled to provide you, jacket specifically as per the sizes that you stated.

If You Required Alter Or Changes
After placing an order, you have 12 hrs either to edit or to change the provided specification of the jackets. We can consider and acknowledge it. After the provided time frame, any request for an update or change of instruction for alteration will not be accepted, because your order will be in the production phase.
Therefore, any adjustments, measurements, and design-related changes should be communicated, within 12 hours of your order placement.
Order Cancellation Terms
- We sell custom-made jackets rather than ready-made stock, that is why if you cancel an existing order that has not been dispatched for shipment, 25% of the total paid amount will be deducted.
- Our process of customization and manufacturing starts after 12 hours of order placement. You cannot modify the size, color, design, or theme of the jacket after 12 hours from your order placement moment.
- If you require to cancel your order between the process of its production, then we deduct 25% from your paid amount.
